Submitting this form authorizes Ticket Eraser LLC to submit your Texas Drivers License information to Texas DPS in obtaining your driving record in you r behalf.

The fee from DPS is $12.  There is an additional fee of $10 paid separatelyfor the service of obtaining your record.

You need to get the Audit Number which is the  20 digits at the bottom of your Drivers License.
Many Municipal Courts require you obtain your Driving Record.

Then you can submit it along with your Defensive Driving Certificate.
